• Access to the regional infrastructure for the sale of cattle via regional roads

• All permits are in place, including for the airstrip, and the permission to further develop 2,086 hectares (i.e. 1,669 to 2,086 potential additional heads, and an additional annual production of c. 250 tones) for an estimated USD 1.8 million total investment
